Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intrategic ("the Software"), a desktop quantitative research application distributed by European Digital Stores SL, NIF [NIF EDS], with registered office at [Domicilio EDS] ("we", "us"). By installing, activating, or using the Software you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License grant. Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the number of devices indicated by your plan (Personal: 2, Professional: 5, Team: 9). The Demo plan grants a 30-day evaluation right limited to 1 device.

Restrictions. You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law; (b) redistribute the installer or your license key; (c) bypass the activation or licensing mechanisms; (d) use the Software to provide a Software-as-a-Service offering to third parties.

Updates. Minor and patch updates of the current major version are included for life with paid licenses. Future major versions may require a paid upgrade. The Demo plan does not include updates beyond the trial period.

Refunds. You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase, no questions asked. Upon refund the associated license is revoked and must no longer be used. Refund requests must be addressed to legal@intrategic.com.

Disclaimer. The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Backtest results and generated strategies are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make using outputs of the Software.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate your license in case of material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, chargeback fraud, or circumvention of the activation system. Termination does not entitle you to any refund beyond the 14-day window.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
